How to make low cost delicious Blackened Seasoning Mix

I love to make spicy food. For those of you that know me, you know I am always making Blackened Salmon, Blackened Halibut, Blackened Shrimp, and I throw a spicy twist to just about everything I make. Buying the blackened seasoning at the store is expensive, usually a 2 oz bottle is about $5. In this video I demonstrate how you can make a very similar, delicious version of blackened seasoning at home for 1/5 of the price.
In today’s economy, saving a little cash is good. Today I was making a Cajun roast beef, mushroom and onion wrap. I can share that recipe another time. I hope you enjoy this recipe, please share the video and send in your comments. Oh, the first 4 to comment and request a sample of my Cajun spices will get some!
