I was showing lots for sale in the community of Silverleaf yesterday. We went to the highest point, 2,774 feet in elevation. I decided to film the drive back. I just turned on the camera and drove, so the film is raw. The sun was also setting and was in the way. In the future, I will get a shot earlier in the day. Lots in Silverleaf are selling below their original price when developed. There are fantastic deals available. We looked at Golf Course lots with mountain and city views in the range of $800k to $1 mm. These lots are 1+ acres. I hope you enjoy the video.
