Mountain biking in the Scottsdale McDowell Sonoran Preserve east of McDowell Mountain Ranch. This trail is a 2 minute ride from my home in McDowell Mountain Ranch, just one of many fun things to do in Scottsdale!
This is my first mountain biking ride with my GoPro helmet cam. I rode rather conservative because my helmet needed to be adjusted, it was slipping into my glasses and limiting my vision. This ride is on Lost Dog Trail. There is a jeep trail that takes you from Taliesin overlook to both the Taliesin trail or the Quartz trail. This part of the trail is nick named “the mother” you can decide why. It is very rocky and difficult to climb. This clip is the downhill portion of the trail. I have read, uphill video is boring.
