Here is the proof, buyers are willing to pay a reasonable price. A good price. Homes that have been remodeled nicely with a focus on quality sell for great prices. This home will set a new record over the past few months for sales price. But of course, when compared to mostly Short Sale homes and Foreclosures it should be at a higher price.
