Kierland

Kierland is a 730-Acre, mixed-use development in the Scottsdale Road resort corridor in northeast Phoenix, Arizona. The Herberger Interests of Scottsdale/Phoenix and Woodbine Development Corporation teamed to create the Kierland community on a site owned since the 1950′s by the Herberger family.

The master plan includes single-family and multifamily residential, commercial, retail, resort and recreation uses. Other features include: 1-1/2 miles of Scottsdale Road frontage; dramatic views of the surrounding McDowell Mountains and Pinnacle Peak; Kierland Golf Club, a 27-hole resort-style championship course; the 38-acre Kierland Commons urban retail village; 3-mile hike-and-bike trail linking residential, schools, retail and recreation; landscaped parks and open spaces.
