Purpose: Presentation of Management proposals for the Management of McDowell Mountain Ranch Community Association. This meeting is open to residents. After each presentation there will be a question and answer session.

Bulk Trash: October 4th Pool Maintenance: The Paradise Pool will be closed starting October 4th until October 22nd(weather permitting) for cool deck replacement. The 105th Pool will be closed from October 25th until November 19th ( weather permitting) for cool deck replacement. NEW CLASSES: Zumba Fitness: The Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness party. Feel the music and let loose. JUST A REMINDER With the holidays fast approaching and decorations getting ready to go up, decorations can be placed 30 days before the holiday and must be removed no later then 15 days after. |
