in Real Estate Market Update

If you have not heard of NACA and Bruce Marks you should. If you want a one day answer on a loan modification be at the Phoenix Convention center today, Oct. 2nd thru Oct. 5th for their Save The Dream Tour.
“You don’t have to be in foreclosure or about to loose your home to qualify, you just have to have a payment that is unaffordable.”

NACA is Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America. Bruce Marks is their leader and he has fought with the big banks across America. His power and pressure has earned a leverage of negotiation YOU deserve. His company has legal agreements with most of the large banks including Fannie Mae.

How did NACA get the banks to COOPERATE?

Bruce Marks and his troops have picketed bank presidents’ homes and used “non-violent bank terrorism” to get the head’s of these companies to cooperate. As he states, “these banks made these loans knowing they could not be repaid and made billions in profit off of them,” they need to share in fixing the mess.

I want a loan Modification, How does it work?

At the Phoenix Convention this weekend, representatives of many of the large banks will be there to meet with you face to face. The first step is to meet with a NACA representative. They will review your financial situation and determine what you can afford. Based on the payment you can afford, a loan modification or restructuring will be done to make that loan fit your affordability. This is not a temporary modification, but with the restructuring you now have a 30 year fixed rate and payment!

MY FRIENDS THIS IS NO JOKE, IF YOU WANT TO RESTCTURE YOUR LOAN GO TO THIS EVENT THIS WEEKEND ONLY!!!!
