After working all morning on my Metro Phoenix Scottsdale Real Estate Sales Update, I ran over to inspect one of my homes for sale in Scottsdale Mountain.
We sold this home in about 2 weeks and the buyer did their home inspection. They made a big deal over a couple inspection items. I came over to check them out. No big deal, everything was normal for a home of this age.
You see this is no foreclosure home, but it can use remodeling. Thus the price agreed upon. The buyer even signed an “As Is” addendum. I guess they didn’t understand what they were agreeing to. I have to wonder, did they even look at these issues??? Did they think I wouldn’t look??? OMG!!!!
