This home is the perfect example of why a home owner that is in foreclosure should stay in their home until it is foreclosed on. This REO, bank owned home, was vacated by the owners in March. The bank foreclosed in June. I met with the sellers and believe beyond a reasonable doubt they did not strip it. By leaving early a bunch of criminals made money. I believe that bank would prefer you stay in the home until foreclosure. They help with relocation assistance in the form of money! This damage caused an additional loss of over $200,000 for the bank and drives neighborhood values lower. This hurts everyone. If you or someone you know is in foreclosure, give us a call. We will advise you of how the process works, your rights and may even be able to help you stop the foreclosure! Just my opinion…Jeff Cameron
