Here is an approval letter from Wells Fargo we received on one of our short sales this month. This is a great letter. They added no “recourse” verbiage as Bank of America is doing on every approved short sale. I want to publicly thank Wells Fargo for being a leader in trying to solve the problem versus how their competition is acting.
This Short Sale approval letter is for a home we sold in Surprise. The disappointing thing is we lost the buyer. The buyer now wants to lower his offer, due to the press stating the market is going lower. That is not the case in this neighborhood. This is a 2,000 square foot home. It is only a few years old. It is nicely decorated and upgraded, including granite counters.
